The location, it is close to all the attractions and the Hip hop stop. Pay attention San Francisco downtown is packed with homeless, but that has nothing to do with the hotel location.
Near the center
The staff was very friendly. The room was very clean. They even made my bed while we were gone. It was a very simple, no thrill hotel room and it was small with no AC, but it was so cold in the room that it didn’t matter even during the summer. It was very cold and comfortable in the room. I would definitely book here again and there’s even a very nice restaurant connected to the hotel. Also, there is a heater in the hotel if you get too cold, but I must say if you’re not looking for anything fancy and you just want a nice clean room for a decent price I would totally recommend here. I was able to take the bus to get to where I needed to be for not a lot of money I was visiting from Texas. I must say the weather was so nice there that even without the room having AC iI slept better than I do here in Texas. That was the best night sleep I’ve gotten in a long time.

Everything was wonderful.
This was a basic no-frills room but it was clean and very comfortable. It actually exceeded my expectations. Very convenient location, and about a 10 min walk from Powell st Station. Overall good value. They even give you a 15% off coupon for the diner next door.

After checking out they allowed us to stay an hour longer in their office since we had to work on something urgently before hitting the road. Later we realised we lost a piece of valuable jewel. The office staff and the cleaning staff took time to search for it in the room, located it and save it for one of my friends to pickup.
Great location, close to the bart station on Powell street. Easy check in process , we got there early and they had a free baggage storage so we Could head out and enjoy the city. The room was clean and a good size with a private bathroom.
